Ingredients

  • 2 lbs small brussels sprouts, cleaned and trimmed

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Bring large pot of water to full boil. Add brussels sprouts. Cook about 10 minutes, until fork tender. Using collander, drain and rinse with cold water. Dry.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F
  • While oven preheats, in a large bowl mix all ingredients.
  • Spread out on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread out. Use a cup to smash or flatten.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes until crispy. If still not crispy and browned at 30 minutes, quickly broil them for 1-2 minutes until golden brown
