- 1.5 lbs of flank or skirt steak
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
- juice of 2 limes
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or coco aminos
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
Mix ingredients.
Marinate as long as possible.
Grill or fry under medium high heat.
Let rest
Chop into small pieces, toss.
