Ingredients
1 ½ cups all purpose flower
2 tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp tumeric
1 ½ cup room temperature water
Diced/julienned carrots, broccolli, purple cabbage, squash, chives (any vegetable you like, really, just chop them up small
- Dipping Sauce:
1 TBSP Soy sauce
1 TBSP Water
1-2 cups sugar
½ tsp sesame seeds
Pinch of chili powder (optional)
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients except vegetables
- Add vegetables, mix
- Flatten into big pancake, then cut into pieces of any shape. Doing it this way helps to ensure uniform shape.
- Fry or bake. May be kept warm until ready to serve
